Who We Are

Believe. Belong. Become.

"Believe" nods to the fact that we're a religious organization. "Belong" gets to the warm and friendliness of our community. And "Become" informs us that we are transformed by Jesus Christ, the center of our community. The three verbs together illustrate the vitality of St. Peter's—we are an active community.

At St. Peter’s you’ll find a warm church family whose mission is to strengthen faith through prayer, study, worship, fellowship and service in our community.

We follow Jesus Christ and believe in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the forgiveness of sin, and life everlasting. We share the good news of Christ’s unconditional love every day in the world around us as we strive to love our neighbors as ourselves. We respect the dignity of each and every person, and honor our differences.

Our worship services retain traditional structure and practices. Our sermons are meaningful and relevant. Throughout our service you will enjoy beautiful hymns provided by our accomplished musicians. A youth-centric service is enjoyed by all on the first Sunday of every month.

Holy Communion is received by all baptized Christians—not just Episcopalians. In addition to gathering for worship, we offer Sunday School, Bible study, seasonal programs, and so much more, for people of all ages. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the vibrant life of St. Peter’s.

You are warmly invited to find a spiritual home and friendships here, at our beloved St. Peter’s.
